Hi!

I'm a filefactory premium member and i've submitted a good amount of points (payment) on the 1st of august. Under their rules, payment should be sent on the 15th of the month for points earned the previous one but until today (2 sept) nothing has been credited on my paypal and neither anyone of filefactory staff respond to my mails. Do you know what's happening there and/or if they are going to suspend their reward program?
